Registration

All participants must be registered online in advance of the meeting. Onsite registration will not be provided. There is no registration fee. Accommodation and meals are also free for SPP members. Only the travel expenses have to be reimbursed by yourself.

For all non SPP members there is no cost for participation. The catering is also free of charge. However, there will be the costs for the hotel in the amount of 396 €, also the travel must be covered by the participant.

Please check if your institute can claim your travel expenses as a business trip.

Registration deadlines

Since there is limited space in the venue, registration is going to be divided in two time periods:

• The early registration will be possible until May 1st, 2023. In that time, preference for on-site spots will be given to members of the SPP-1992. Non-SPP members are also encouraged to register in that time and will be notified within a few days after the deadline, whether a spot is available.
• The deadline for late registration is June 1st, 2023. Please note that the venue is limited and registration for on-site participation during this second period is only possible if there are still spots available!
